Power Plant Radiator Bank

Construction of the sections is offered in a standard galvanized steel with weldments being hot dip galvanized. Heat Exchanger Cores are helically wound aluminum fins on copper tube, allowing for free thermal expansion and contraction of tubes independently of the next. Design is 200 PSIG 400°F. Fan motors are NEMA framed to suit installation orientation. Fan motors are pre-wired to module mounted junction box. Options include heat exchanger coating for salt air climate (E Coat or Heresite), load local safety disconnects, access ladders and hand railings around the upper perimeter.

Custom design application to meet application specific construction requirements, site orientation and site elevation. Designs can be of high pressure copper tube aluminum, aluminum bar and plate or other. Shown a 3 MW Fuel Cell Cooler, wetted parts non-ferrous (aluminum Hx).
